Not an Issue All Tree House Levels Disappear If Lower Ones Are Removed

This has crossover in other threads but it seemed proper to open a fresh topic.

I tried building higher and then removing the lower levels and that failed for me. All levels disappeared. This then prevented any building in that same tree.

My question for that is how long until a tree would reset and would that apply if all the platforms are destroyed the way I described above ?

As of now, a tree is considered abandoned and becomes claimable again if it only has the starter platform roofs and no other player deployed entities. In that case the existing platform is also removed
