Hello. Why does the default profile work without proper authorization? It can be used by all players at once. Doesn't it need authorization like the same vip? In the authorization manager there are two items 1. Default, 2. Vip, but default works without authorization for everyone.

The default profile serves as the fallback for any player without an assigned profile (like VIP), it doesn't require permission and is applied automatically

By the way, the default profile values reflect the vanilla default settings

Okay, got it. One more question. When I select a certain profile (e.g. electric ovens) with a different speed, it is applied, but everything else remains default. Do I understand correctly that in order to change, for example, electric ovens and stoves, I need to create a profile for them and then the player will have them work according to the profile and everything else will be default?

In the config, you add each type of oven (campfires, furnaces, etc.) only once, then under each oven, you create smelting profiles, by default, there's a Default profile and a VIP profile

Each oven type also has a Default Profile option, which sets the fallback smelting profile for any player without a specific profile assigned

I would like a little help, I like the plugins on here, but with this furnace thing.. I want to make stuff smelt 2x the speed.... but the values dont make sense in the config? can you assist me with what values = what type of smelting speed?

If you want a 2x speed, you'll need to double the SmeltingSpeed config option for your target oven (furnace, refinery, campfire, etc.). The default values in the config match vanilla settings, so for 2x speed on a furnace, you'd change SmeltingSpeed from 3 to 6

You can also modify other options, for example instead of cooking only 1 ore per cycle, you could set it to cook 2 ores at once

Check the plugin documentation for a breakdown of each setting, it's easy to configure!

Is it possible to customize the melting rate for a certain resource in the furnace? For example, so that sulfur is x2 and everything else is in the drain?

Simply increase Units Smelted Per Cooking Cycle and Amount Produced Per Unit Cooked for sulfur, while keeping defaults for everything else

See, with this plugin, you can achieve 2x, 3x, 10x rates, and more—not by adjusting a single config option, but through multiple ways. You can either increase the smelting speed, adjust how much of the item is cooked, or change the production amount

Good afternoon. At high melting speed, the electric furnace and the large furnace give out 2 resources each, although the furnace is set to 1. The output settings are correct - 1.

Apparently because of the high animation speed. Is there any way to fix this?

That's not really a problem to fix, the output seems higher because the process is happening so quickly

As mentioned in previous posts, achieving high smelting speeds isn't just about maxing out the SmeltingSpeed setting. Instead adjust other settings and keep the SmeltingSpeed more modest. This way you'll get the same result but it'll be much easier to manage and follow
