Go to the Call Profiles section in the helicopter settings (inside the data folder), and look for:

"Personal Message": "You have called in the {TierName} helicopter.",
"Global Message": "{PlayerName} has called in the {TierName} helicopter!"
To disable them, simply set the values to empty strings like this:

"Global Message": ""

Same goes for the messages in Death Command Sets. For example:

How do I add my modified helicopter file to the heli.shop

If you're referring to an external shop plugin, use the command:

cht.heli call <tierName|random> <playerNameOrId> [numberToSpawn] [useCallProfile]
To enable call profiles and lock-on, set the last argument to true, like:

cht.heli call Hard $player.id 1 true
And make sure the player has the right permission, e.g.:
customhelicoptertiers2.hard.vip

But if you mean the native shop in CHT, just grant the player the permission from the tier data and it will show up automatically
