Seeds Drop When Inventory Full

Plugin use: To deprive the player of the seeds, not to free up inventory.
When player inventory is full ,seeds deposit out onto the ground. Not sure if this can me cured, but just and FYI.

I also recognized when you consume from your backpack and your inventory is full seeds still fall to the ground

.. or from other sources e.g. foodcrates. If your inventory is full there are still seeds produced
