Allow Deploying Lights Underwater

I make quite a few bases with tunnel entrances underwater, however these can be dark obviously and cause panic getting lost lol. would it be possible to create a plugin that allows the light fittings for example the wall mounted industrial lights and new fluorescent lights to be deployable on walls and ceilings under water. this would open up the possibilities of some cool lighting underwater and expand on peoples base designs, especially mine lol.
