we run a couple of custom maps that have node clusters spawn in certain spots underwater, you need scuba gear equipped to be able to mine them but because of this you cannot equip backpacks so the the process is tedious with the minimal inventory storage.
a plugin that allows the oxygen tank to be equiped in the equipment slots instead of the backpack slot would be killer lol!
