Bug Cannot See Glowing Eyes Even After Enabling

Hey,

1) I've added plugin, added permission but there are no glowing eyes when I view in debugcamera
2) tried reconnecting to server and again use /eye - not working
3) If I toggle /eye multiple times I get same message - "Glowing eyes: enabled", it should probably show disabled message as well?
