Just wanted to let you know that - while I suggested it - WhiteThunder thinks that it's too much work to add this as an option as there's no way to customize the dialog because he's using what currently purchasable through vanilla. He suggested using the Talking Npc Vendors plugin and customizing that one to include the dialog.
