Coops are saved and will respawn whenever the plugin is reloaded or the server restarts. Please double check your data file to see if it contains any data or if it's empty, also verify the save interval in your config file

Alright, that means it's saving, good

By any chance, did you delete the map file when restarting the server?
 
what's the point of having eggs and fertilizer? maybe a buff from eating eggs,I don't see a point other then a RP mod

Dung can be used in planters, and eggs can be cracked to get items. As for dung, I have got another use planned for the future, if you don't clean the coop and let the dung pile up, it could make your chickens sick

There are three types of eggs: silver, bronze, and gold. Each can be opened for items, with higher-tier eggs offering better items. Eggs can even be upgraded to higher tiers

Chickens will lay better eggs like silver and gold, as they age and when their calorie levels are kept full
