Hi I like the plugin but can we attack the base in the air without necessarily waiting for it to fall on the map ?

You definitely don't have to wait for it to fall, players can raid it while it's still in the sky, just like they would with any ground base

It's on my todo will definitely be useful for testing purposes!

For now, if you want to quickly test the balloon bases, you could tweak the spawn times. But yeah, that's something I'm planning to add in the next update!
